Engraved Bell Plates

We offer weather-resistant plastic bell plates in many common colors and all standard sizes. All plates are self-adhesive and completely weather-resistant. We engrave your mailbox plate within a few hours of payment receipt and ship it free of charge. It hardly gets any simpler or faster. We offer various plate sizes from 60 x 15 mm to 90 x 30 mm, or standard plates with fixed sizes and identical drill hole distances. Engraving Bell Plates

We engrave our mailbox and bell plates with modern CNC engraving machines and also with modern laser engraving systems. You can choose between different fonts and see in the live preview how the engraving will look in the selected font. Depending on the plate size, 2, 3, or even 4 lines of engraving are possible. Standard Bell Plate with Engraving

Many bell systems use so-called standard bell plates. There are 2 different plate types. We call them Type A and B. These plates always have the same dimensions everywhere. If you have identified the shape (Type A or B) on your system, you can confidently order such a standard bell plate from us. The size of the plate and the drill hole distance will fit your system 100%. For larger bell systems, we offer attractive quantity discounts.

Bell Plates for Illuminated Bell Systems

We offer special plates for bell systems illuminated from the background. These plates have a black top layer on a translucent carrier layer. We engrave your name into the top layer so that the backlight can shine through the engraving. This naturally looks particularly beautiful in the dark, but even during the day, the engraving can be seen very well due to the black and white contrast. We also offer these bell plates affordably in various standard sizes. Of course, also with millimeter-precise cutting upon request.

Engraving Preview for Bell Plates

To help you choose a font more easily and effectively, we offer a live engraving preview. Simply enter your desired engraving into the corresponding text fields and select a font. The engraving will then be displayed in the corresponding font. Try out several fonts until you find one you like. If you wish, you can also leave us a "note about the engraving" in a corresponding text field.

Reordering Plates

All plates that we produce and engrave are individually customized by hand. This means that we individually adjust the engraving parameters, such as font height, font width, letter spacing, line spacing, etc., to the plate size to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result. If you order a plate today with a text of, for example, 20 characters and later reorder the same plate and font with, for example, only 5 characters, it will be designed completely differently and thus also look completely different. If you order several plates with different engraving lengths at the same time, we always adjust to the longest text and adapt all others accordingly. This ensures that all plates have the same design.
Therefore, if you order plates and later want to reorder them in the same design, it is absolutely necessary to inform us beforehand. Only then will we save all necessary engraving parameters under your name and customer number so that we can use them again later. Another option is to send us a photo of an existing plate, so we can try to adapt a new one as well as possible.
