Rectangular Engraved Aluminum Signs

We offer rectangular engraved aluminum signs in 12 different standard sizes. Ranging from 50 x 20 mm to 180 x 60 mm, our standard sign sizes are well-graded to cover almost all areas. The aluminum signs are available in a matte brushed finish or highly polished. You can choose whether you want to order the signs with holes or as self-adhesive. All aluminum signs are coated with a protective varnish, making them weather-resistant. The advantage of our standard sizes is the favorable price and fast delivery time, as we produce these aluminum signs in larger quantities and therefore always have them in stock.

Shaped Aluminum Signs with Engraving

In addition to rectangular aluminum signs, we also offer a variety of so-called shaped aluminum signs. These shaped signs are available with matte and polished surfaces, just like the standard signs. As the name suggests, shaped signs have a specific shape and size that cannot be altered. They are preferably used as house and door signs with name engraving.

Custom Engraved Aluminum Signs

If the standard aluminum signs mentioned above do not meet your needs in terms of shape and size, you also have the option of ordering custom aluminum signs. For this, we cut the signs precisely to your specifications and then engrave your text or logo. Drilling is also not a problem for single or series production. Since custom aluminum signs are manufactured and processed by hand, they naturally have their price. Therefore, you should first check whether one of our standard aluminum or shaped signs might also be suitable for your purposes. Engraving Aluminum Signs

We engrave our aluminum signs exclusively with modern laser engraving systems. We have two different laser engraving processes available. We primarily use a so-called fiber laser for engraving house and door signs made of aluminum. This fiber laser was specially developed for engraving metals and is also excellent for engraving aluminum. The engraving is applied razor-sharp in dark anthracite to almost black, which creates a very beautiful and noble contrast on aluminum signs. For particularly fine engravings, we use a YAG laser with mirror head technology. In this process, the laser beam is directed to the workpiece via a mirror head and moved so quickly and finely that engravings of the highest precision can be completed in a few seconds.

Reordering Aluminum Signs

All aluminum signs that we produce and engrave are individually customized by hand. This means that we individually adapt the engraving parameters, such as font height, font width, letter width, letter spacing, line spacing, etc., to the sign size to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result. If you order an aluminum sign today with a text of, for example, 20 characters, and later the same sign in the same font with, for example, only 5 characters, it will be designed completely differently and thus also look completely different. If you order several signs with different engraving lengths at the same time, we always orient ourselves to the longest text and adapt all other signs to it. This ensures that all aluminum signs have the same design.
Therefore, if you order signs and later want to reorder them in the same design, it is absolutely essential to inform us in advance or with your order. Only then will we save all the necessary engraving parameters under your name and customer number so that we can use them again later. This is the only way to produce aluminum signs with the same engraving design repeatedly. Another option is to send us a photo of an existing sign, so we can try to adapt a new one as well as possible.
